‘Centenary! An avenue to re-unite the church’, Says Dr. O. Yomi Sholoye.

The founder of the New Seraph Evangelical Ministries, Her Grace Dr. Oluseye Yomi Sholoye, has said the C&S centenary celebration is an opportunity for the church to come together as one to experience a paradigm shift and reshape the future of the church.

Sholoye made this known while speaking at the press briefing to herald the 2024 Annual General Conference of the New Seraph on Friday, 10th May 2024.

This conference is scheduled to be held from Thursday, 16th May 2024 till Friday 17th May 2024, at the New Seraph Grand Hall, the New Seraph Prayer City, at Km 60, Lagos/Ibadan Express Way, New Seraph Bus Stop, Ode Remo, By Sapade Overhead Bridge, Ogun State.

The clergywoman emphasized that the ministry is ready to do everything possible to ensure a unified celebration. 

She said, “We will do everything that we need to do to make the world know that we are 100 years old and to join hands with other bodies in the C & S to make this one family. People are already talking to us, other arms are already talking to us. We don’t want to make it an island thing, but join hands to make it a memorable one.”

Speaking on the purpose of this year's conference, she stated that the Lord has promised to use this conference as a channel to move the C&S Church forward in all areas evident with this year’s theme ‘APPROACHING C&S CENTENARY; SHAPING THE FUTURE’.

The New Seraph would address certain salient issues under fruitful deliberations by renowned speakers and panellists from several Conferences of the Church on what they think could be done better post-centenary.

“Our Annual General Conference as usual will be attended by members of The New Seraph across the Nation and in Diaspora, with an opening ceremony happening this coming Thursday, 16th May 2024. Dignitaries from all works of life, Representatives from Government Parastatals and Royal Fathers with their Oloris will be present at the Opening Ceremony.

“Our Main Guest Speaker is Pastor Thomas Adekunle Fakile JP with several Panelists like Pastor Tosin Faremi, Snr Leader Jesubi Temitope, and Moth. Bola Odeyinde, Reverend Ola Joseph Okikimile, Evang. Tunde Jedidah, and Ap. Seyi Odufuwa. Chief Panelists for this year’s Annual General Conference are Supt Ap. Eng’r. Niyi Afolabi and Supt. Ap. Olatunde Ogunkunle,” she added.

The commission of the New Seraph as a body of Christ is simply to evangelize and tell the world more about the Gospel of Christ Jesus. To uphold the mandate of the Founder of Cherubim & Seraphim  Church  Saint Moses Orimolade Tunolase.
Dr. Sholoye assured maximum security measures have been put in place, as well as traffic control measures to have a seamless experience before, during, and after the Conference.
